  • 3 Points for predicting the correct number of points for the home team.
  • 3 Points for predicting the correct number of points for the away team.
  • 0 Points for a correct score. i.e. you predict 31-12 and the result is 31-12.
  • 2 Point for a correct result. You predict 12-12, the score is 22-22.

Goal Difference
  • For each correct teams number of points you score, you receive that number of +points. e.g. you predicit 2 and the team scores 2, you get +2 points.
  • For each incorrect number of points you predict per team, you lose the difference in points. e.g. you predict 3 and the team scores 2, you get -1 points.

Default Scores

  • You can enter a default score in your profile for this league.  So should you get tied up watching the games and miss a fixture this will be taken in its place.
  • Note default scores will only come into play once you have entered a prediction for a fixture.  Prior games to this prediction will not gain you any default scores.

Hope to see you in the competition.

2007-08 Season Kick Off

The 2007-08 Non League Prediction League Kicks Off on the 18th August 2007.

This is the second week of the football season so hopefully after the first week it won't be such a guess on who's doing what, first week freak results apart!

The first weeks fixtures see the following games taking place.

  • Salisbury v Crawley Town  BSq Conf
  • AFC Telford v Boston Utd   Conf N
  • Thurrock v Basingstoke     Conf S
  • Margate v Chelsford C       Isth Premier
  • North Feribly Utd v Prescott Cables Northern Premier Premier.
The scoring system is the same as last season, and you can also set your default scores in your profile, so should you fail to predict one week, these are taken as your predictions so you don't necessarily miss all the points availble for that week.  Note you have to of predicted for at least one week in the season for this to work.

Good Luck to all and hope to see you in the league.
